BEFORE PURCHASE QUESTIONS...
How do I determine which size to purchase?
For your convenience, Size Charts are stated on each listing, under Available Sizes. Our items fit true to size; but fit depends on your child and your fit preference. For best fit, please measure around your child's chest (below her underarms), add 1 to 2 inches for your child's comfort, and make your size selection based on this new number. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.
Will the fabrics irritate my child's skin?
For your princess' comfort, our items are made with softest of fabrics and with an uncompromising attention to detail, always keeping in mind a child's comfort. When shopping, be sure to read the product description provided for more details.
How do I care for and launder my new adorable garment?
Your new adorable garment needs a little extra care... Hand wash only. Hang to dry. Light steam to remove wrinkles. Do not machine wash. Do not iron.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?
We do not accept any order cancellations.
Can I make changes to my order before it has shipped?
The answer to this question varies from case to case. If you would like to make changes to your order before it has shipped, please Contact Us within 24 hours of purchase for further information.
When will my order ship? When will my order be delivered?

My order has shipped but hasn’t arrived?
Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information.
My order's tracking shows 'delivered' but I haven't received it?
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office for delivery scan confirmation and/or to escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Our shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
I believe my package was damaged during transit. What should I do?
Please contact your local post office to start an investigation. We do not issue refunds on packages damaged by USPS.
I believe my item is defective.
